Every coach who enters your school has been vetted, trained and is accountable to a named person here.

Our commitment

The safety and wellbeing of every child comes before the programme, the timetable and the certificate. If the two ever conflict, the child wins.

Every coach

Identity verified and references checked before appointment
Background vetting completed before any placement in a school
Safeguarding training completed before their first session, refreshed annually
Works to a written code of conduct covering contact, photography, communication and one-to-one situations

In your school

Coaches sign in and out through your own school procedures
Coaches are never alone with an individual child out of sight of others
All communication with learners goes through the platform or the school, never a coach's personal phone or social media
Your school's own safeguarding policy takes precedence over ours at all times

Photography and data

No photograph of a child is published without recorded consent
A child's full name never appears beside their image
Learner data stays inside your school's own account and is never shared with other schools

Raising a concern

Any concern about a child's safety is treated as urgent, whoever raises it: school staff, parent, coach or learner.
